Shipping and payment

When will I receive the order?

Usually, the products that are in stock and whose order is confirmed and validated before 17:00 pm from Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day and delivered the following 24/48 hours through SEUR courier company in Peninsula and Balears, and through national post in Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, being this delivery 7 business days. Portugal will also receive their orders within 24/48 hours through SEUR.
 
In the rest of Europe, customers will receive the order by National Post to ensure compliance with stipulated deadlines and product safety.
 
Means an order as confirmed and validated when you have received the order email (in case of orders on delivery) or payment has been validated (in the case of T/T or credit card payments).
 
We will send you an email when the order is ready to ship. We can not assure that orders will be delivered at a specific time.
 
What happen if I am not in the address?
 
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when you placed your order. Once you submit the order, to change the delivery address is not possible.
 
If the courier attempts delivery of your order for the second time and is absent will pick up your order by their means in the direction corresponding to the delegation of the courier company that has the package.

You will receive the product within 24/48 hours, after verifying the transfer on our bank account.
 
With this payment without commission you make the payment in advance, or by transferring the order amount from your bank or by making the admission counter at any branch of Bankinter.

b) Pay on delivery.
 
You will receive the product within 24/48 hours in the carrier and pay your order to receiving it the messenger.

You will receive the product within 24/48 hours after payment confirmed.

d) PayPal.
 
You will receive the product within 24/48 hours after payment confirmed.
 
Allows you to pay securely and easily. Your bank or credit card only stored on PayPal. No need to enter bank details are only required to have a PayPal account and you can make payments created by entering only your email and password. Transport company chosen by the customer
 
The client can send its own carrier, realizing her expenses and the procedure to follow to make the delivery. (Indicate in the comments section when placing your order (sent my own shipping company).
